Math department offers free drop-in tutoring, usually this starts during
the second week of classes.

MSI (Modified Supplemental
Instruction) may be available for your course. It is essentially
course-specific drop-in tutoring run by undergraduate students who are trained
to do this and even paid to attend the lecture. In my view this is a great
resource.
The math department keeps a list of tutors that are available for
hire. These tutors are usually math graduate students or math majors and charge about
$10-$20 per hour. This list is a public service by the department and not an endorsement
for particular tutors. Check here for the current
